The team won four races last season with Sergio Perez and are expected to be front-runners again following their deal with engine supplier Volkswagen for this year.
Buzaid made his F3 debut in the final round of 2008 at Donington Park and the Formula Renault graduate is targeting a title challenge in his debut season.
"As this is my first year in F3 it is very hard to predict what will happen," said the Brazilian. "But I know with the right equipment I can challenge for the championship. My plan is to work hard, win races and fight for the title.
"I have been hard at work in Brazil over the winter finalising sponsorship deals and I intend to make sure I make the most of this opportunity as I have had to push hard to get it.
"I am very happy with the testing I have done so far with T-Sport. I have already settled in well with the team and, if I can continue where Sergio Perez left off, it will be a good year."
T-Sport team boss Russell Eacott added: "Adriano is going to be a fantastic addition to the T-Sport team as we enter an exciting new era with a new engine partner and a renewed optimism. I think he can challenge for wins and play a big part in producing another great year of racing for T-Sport."
